Sehr schönes Hotel, alles gut zu Fuß in Warnemünde erreichbar. Somit schöne Lage. Strand gleich vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Bad ist sauber. Ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Super Clean, great service & perfect location!

It was the right choice! The hotels is abiding by corona-measures and everything is constantly being cleaned. You feel that you are in good hands. Breakfast is served in time slots & everyone household gets their own table. Every detail is thought out well The staff is super nice and the hotel locations is perfect! 3 minutes walk to the beach 15 minutes walk to the town 20 minutes walk to the train station I would highly recommend it.

"Hundefreundliches Hotel (Zusatzkosten 12 €/d)" gut wegen Teppichboden und Freßnapf, jedoch keine Erlaubnis Mitnahme in Restaurant - für Hunde zu glatter Fußboden im Eingangsbereich. Gäste mit Hunden werden zwar freundlich behandelt, jedoch wenig Interesse an Ausweitung des Angebotes für Gäste mit Hunden, die es tierischen und menschlichen Gästen noch angenehmer machen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet bis 10:30 Uhr mit direktem Blick auf Strandpromenade. Kostenpflichtiger abgesperrter Parkplatz (8 €/d).

Hotellet er OK og beliggenheden er fin. Lidt præget af mange busturs turister :-) Skulle betale for parkering, da vi tjekkede ud. Det var vi ikke oplyst om, så lidt uprofessionelt. Værelset var fint til 4 Pers.

Alles soweit in Ordnung, jedoch die Sitzplätze beim Frühstück sind viel zu wenig. Man muss warten bis jemand anderes mit Frühstücken fertig ist. Das kann bei so einem hochwertigen und kostspieligen Hotel nicht sein. Das ist das einzige was wir bemängeln können, aber gerade das hat uns sehr gestört.

Gefallen hat uns das Essen sowie der freundliche Service im Restaurantbereich. Abstriche in der Bewertung gibt es für das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer . Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ( Lautstärke). Dann gab es leider eine Auszubildende an der Rezeption beim Check in ,die noch nicht den freundlichen Umgang mit den Gästen erlernt hat.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Abendessen köstlich. Die Fenster im Zimmer müssten mal wieder geputzt werden und die Sanitärausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Bäder grundlegend saniert werden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
