「The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great.」

「The receptionist was great. The two complimentary water was thoughtful. However, I think my room was next to the laundry room, so I could hear whenever it was spin drying the clothes. I can also hear when staff was loading clothes. It was pretty loud and disturbing.」

「Towels were dirty. Hair in the shower and on the ceiling. No conditioner in the bathroom. No exhaust in the bathroom. Broken tiles in the bathroom that will cut your feet. Noisy beds. Smelled like marijuana everywhere you went. Shuttle service was unavailable even though it was advertised and that’s why we booked this hotel. Breakfast food was decent but no one was monitoring it. There was a kid coughing and blowing his nose all over everything the whole time we were there.」
