「Our stay was a wonderful experience to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. The Heritage Suite was an indulgence, that we so enjoyed, including using the musical kettle. The breakfasts were superb with a huge choice of food. The whole stay was topped off by a daily visit to the Spa. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The only criticism was that the potatoes in the Irish stew we had one night in the Bar, were not cooked properly.」

「We are a family of 4 who spent 3 nights at this facility. We were outdoors most of the day and only used it to sleep in the night. We also didn’t cook although the facility has a kitchen. The pros - perfect location and decent size for a family. A number of restaurants are in walkable distance. The cons - the wifi/ internet never worked. The parking was a bit weird and tight. 「Amazing property!!!! Beautiful, cozy Killarney boutique hotel with authentic Irish charm. Rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. Multiple lounge areas with wood burning fireplaces. The staff were incredible from the moment we stepped in the door. Always welcoming and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay wonderful. 「The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. 」

「So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.」
