「I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. First of all, the cleanliness was abysmal. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was in desperate need of attention. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel, like stale air mixed with mold. It made it unbearable to stay there. To make matters worse, the location is terrible. There are no proper roads leading to the hotel, and it's incredibly difficult to find. Plus, there are no shops or amenities nearby, so you're completely...

When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number.
