Excellent apartment with great views to the beach from the top floor. The balkony was big and well equipped for relaxation. Well functioning airconditioner. Functioning kitchen. Great for a family stay. Nice to have two bathrooms too.

Absolutely fabulous apartment; we stayed in the penthouse and the pics truly do not do it justice. Perfect spot for a really relaxed friends holiday. Staff all extremely friendly, would recommend to anyone.

Convenient stay in Roses

Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service.

There is misrepresentation how La marineda markets smaller rooms on this booking page, as small rooms are apparently located at another property next door which is managed by the "same company" but has different name "Thalassa Sport" and different address. We were not even allowed to enter La marineda to enjoy whatever was advertised on the Expedia page. Thalassa is of lower standard older property and can't be considered as a replacement for La marineda. I have a question about careless transfer of personal information from La marineda to another property. Stuff from Thalassa was making every effort to convince that these two are the same but provided no access to La marineda facilities. I never experienced such outrageous situation which needs an immediate reaction by Expedia. Well, after multiple discussions with Expedia on the phone I was assured that this situation is under control and next day I'd be transferred to the booked hotel. Well, nothing was done by Expedia and local stuff to fix the issue.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer NĂ€he und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Das einzige was etwas schwierig ist, ist die Garage. GrĂ¶ĂŸere Autos mĂŒssen Millimeter genau abmessen um in die Garage rein oder raus zu kommen. Ansonsten ist es fĂŒr uns jedes Mal eine perfekte Unterkunft um einen schönen Familienurlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen bestimmt auch noch ein drittes Mal.

tres belle appartement,tres belle vue sur la mer,loué pour 1 semaine , la climatisation était en panne 6 jours sur 7 et pas de chaine tele francaise pendant 3 jours, malgés sela le personel a été trés reactif.ils auraient quand mémes pu faire un geste commercial.

Les photos de l'annonce sont mensongĂšres, l'appartement attribuĂ© n'a pas de vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sur la mer. L'Ă©tablissement n'est d'ailleurs pas en front de mer, il est derriĂšre un restaurant. La piscine intĂ©rieure est dans un autre bĂątiment (encore derriĂšre), pas trĂšs confortable pour faire les transferts en hiver. L'appartement est propre et bien dĂ©corĂ©/Ă©quipĂ©. Pourrait ĂȘtre mieux adaptĂ© pour les enfants, en particulier les chaises en tissu sont instables. Le balcon est sĂ©curisĂ© et grand. Je reste mitigĂ©e sur cet Ă©tablissement, pour le prix en hiver, je pensais avoir une pleine vue mer et j'ai Ă©tĂ© déçue.
