This is a lovely hotel on the beach in Roses, Spain. We opted not to have water view and were thrilled with our shaded balcony and street view from the second floor. Breakfast buffet was very good!

Hotel is in a great location, breakfast on site was good, and they had an easy check in process. The AC and WiFi were very poor so wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect location opposite a very swimable beach and in the heart of Roses close to really good restaurants. Also opposite very accessible and reasonable priced parking. Highly recommended. Will return.

Central location in Roses which is deal for restaurants, bars, shopping and close to the Harbour. Great views of the town and access to the Promenade. A little noisy at times due to central location. Parking could be better, as an additional perk

Set your expectations accordingly. This facility is probably one of the nicer ones on the strip, but it is definitely dated. It is reasonably clean and the staff are friendly, but the air conditioning leaves something to be desired as do the number of pillows and towels. breakfast was decent with a large selection of pastries. The balcony is dated and ours had water dripping from the structure above, even though there was no rain. The view was pretty, especially in the morning in the evening and made up for some of the lack of amenities.

Great location and view

The ladies at reception were a delight. The location is great and parking is good but often full. With the balcony, we could enjoy the evenings of the walk. It is a little past its prime but a great location for the cost and view.

Centrally situated, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable with no issues with noise. I felt that the bath/shower was a bit dangerous as there was no anti slip surface on the baths floor.

Prime Location

Loved this Hotel, especially the location on the seafront and amongst the Cafes and shops. Sea view rooms were just spectacular and the Staff Members in Reception were extremely friendly & helpful.The only small downfall was the lack of local parking spaces when arriving just before check in times. The free CP near the Museu de la Ciutedella de Roses, circa ten minutes on foot, was used. The rooms had no coffee making facilities which was not an issue as we managed to get free coffee from the restaurant on the first floor in the mornings. When returning to Roses, we will look up this Hotel again.
