"Checked in Sat. July 18-VERY friendly, helpful receptionist. Give her a raise! Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. We were given a nice downstairs room with a King bed. Would stay here again. Even the Housekeeping and Breakfast ladies were friendly and kind. Only wish is that the a/c worked better. Our room seemed humid ~ but at least it was cool."

"Spent 5 days. 2 of the days, there was no hot water. We had a total of 9 rooms occupied by family. One of the days we had no hot water was the morning we were all getting ready to attend a funeral. Had to get ready in cold water. There were 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. Asked for extra towels. Staff said we cannot give extras. Asked for extra blanket, We were given a thin bed covering. The one that goes on top for decoration. They said it was all they had. We had a king room...

"I had two rooms one for a family member double bed it was horrible they check out. Mine was ok a one br but there wasn't any sugar for the coffee in the room and it's a LIE about free breakfast the lobby was lock and Noone around for assistance when three times 9:30a.m door still lock"
