Die Hütte hat alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher.....alles da. Draußen gibt es gleich 2 Möglichkeiten zu grillen. "Die Ferienwohnung wird durch eine Vermittlungsfirma "Team Belvilla" organisiert. Das Team Belvilla hat keinen Überblick über die vorhandenen Buchungen. Gebucht wurde 1 Jahr vorher und 1 Woche vor Anreise könnten sie die Buchung nicht mehr finden. Warscheinlich wurde die Ferienwohnung noch an andere Personen vermietet. Sehr sehr schlechter Service, kein Support um das Problem zu lösen. Man reagiert einfach nicht auf Anrufe oder Email und sitzt das Problem einfach aus. Super schlechter Support."

"The room was clean and well maintained. The shared washrooms were also very clean. There is also a faucet and sink in the room as well. The staff was helpful as well. The breakfast in general is excellent. This is one of very few possible stays in Rosendal. As Rosendal is a small town, it was expected that the hotel is less polished. But the hotel is very clean from the inside. However, there will be bugs (flies/gnatts) in the summer. Don't know if it is a good or bad thing. There were signs saying "This hotel is for sale" during my visit."
