Rooms are dated though a renovation is planned and will bring much needed updates to the building. Very convenient location, friendly staff who were personable and went above & beyond to assist with room location and storing luggage. Hotel and rooms were very clean despite their age.

The breakfast was great. Love the hot options. Didn't get to use the pool. There was a large family in it for hours. They definitely sounded like they were having a great time.

I felt that this property was in "transition". The room wasn't as clean as I would expect from a Marriott property, but it wasn't terrible. The room was a bit musty and the window frame had small gnats. The fixtures were dated but acceptable. I wouldn't hesitate to return but hope that everything is updated soon.

The room was VERY clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. The ONLY problem with the room is that bathroom does NOT have a fan. I was with my 3 children during this trip. After child #3 took a shower, the smoke detector started blaring, due to the steam coming from the bathroom. We thought the building was on fire, until I opened the front door, realized the only room screeching the fire alarm was us, and waved a towel under the alarm until it stopped. I know this is an older building (a former Holiday Inn), but seriously .... update the building to include fans in the bathroom.
