Customer service at the front desk was amazing. There were unfortunately people outside my room at 2 a.m., making noise/disrupting my sleep. I did not call the office- though I should have. Staff may want to monitor grounds at night just to keep things in check.

The room and facilities in general are fine, convenient transportation. The only minor issue is that it took quite a while for the receptionist to process and confirm my additional one-night booking.

First my room had a very bad odor. Like some tried to clean a smell out of a carpet stain and reall did a bad job. The staun was brown, smelt like bad shampoo carpet cleaner. Stayed wet the two days i staye there. The stain was by the bed. I had to sleep on other side si wouldn't step or smell the odor. The staff was great, but don't need to stand buy door way of entrance to check in office and smoke. Had guy next door smoke outsider his room and smoke came through my rooms door.. Also I booked because of hot tub, was broken. In dinning area macine to make morning juices were also broken. The morning manager was great who i checked out with.

Lovely one night stay. Walked over to Michael's and we walked to dinner. Staff was wonderful, especially the young man at the desk he showed up just in time to carry my suitcase up the stairs.❤️
