「Staying at Cratus felt like staying at a luxury hotel. Room was clean and smelled fresh. It's also huge where my husband and son and I comfortably fit with big luggage laying around the room. We were provided generous toiletries and bottled waters refilled and chilled everyday, perfect for the summer heat. And oh - the toilet has a bidet! That one thing I always miss from home when I travel. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Myleena was a breath of fresh air...big smile, genuinely...

「Lovely, peaceful and clean hotel. Traditional with helpful, friendly staff. The property serves a great breakfast and is located close to all the town’s amenities. The rooftop bar area is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunset with blankets provided for the cooler nights. There were six in our party and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.」

「Lovely place to stay. Perfect location and clean room. The staff gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived at around 2 am. The hotel owner also helped arranging a shuttle bus for us the other day. 」

「The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep...

「這次住了3晚兩種房型：108 跟113,都非常好， 真正的洞穴房型。早餐很棒，視野很好。 尤其是113 Moonlight，能夠住在仙女煙囪，真是很棒的體驗，飯店走路不遠就是看能看夕陽~ 這個家族經營的飯店，服務很好，非常親切，我們租車在土耳其自駕旅行，飯店有停車場，不用擔心~ 飯店有良好的旅遊行程代訂服務~ 唯一小小缺點，就是保險箱故障，但是我們不介意，若下次再來格雷梅，我還是會選擇這裡的。 」

Sabah uyandığımızda pencereden balonları izlemek ise bu deneyimi unutulmaz hale getirdi. Personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü bizi ayrıca çok memnun etti; her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı zengin değil ama yeterliydi. Kapadokya’ya yolu düşen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.”」

「The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. 」
