「The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! 」

"We are very grateful for the efforts of the hotel colleagues. Due to schedule constraints, the hotel allowed us to check in two hours early on the first day. On the last day, due to schedule constraints, after returning from the Red Route, the hotel still arranged a place for us to shower so that we could continue our trip. We are very grateful for their hospitality. If we visit Cappadocia again, we will still choose this hotel."
