「Enjoyed our stay! Would stay here again!」

「Nice place and clean. However, they were going to charge us 5$ per person to use the pool. We decided not to swim. Then we were charged an extra $15 because our kids were not on our reservation. However we reserved a room with two queen beds that would accommodate our party of 4. We made the reservation through Expedia and were not asked, only about the number of adults in the party. 「The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The negatives were: I couldn't check in until 6, they have cleaning staffing issues, they finally changed my assessable room with a king bed for a double queen bed on the 4th floor. I tried reaching out to Hilton and they said they would compensate me for the trouble but they didn't. The pool was out of service for one day, they did open it but the water was green and I didn't feel safe getting into the water without getting some...

「The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. 」

「we got to the property at 2:20 am for a 2 night stay and when we got to the room there was hair all in the shower and on the bathroom counter. Then there was hair in the beds luckily we had our own blankets to put down. The ac wasn’t on so it was super hot and stuffy in the room the rest of the night. we checked out early saturday am and now the Baymont will not answer Expedia’s phone call to get our money back for 1 night. 「The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot.」

「Not very clean. The restroom had lots of hairs around the bathtub and behind the door. The sheets were stained. The air conditioner worked great and parking was good. There was random chairs and furniture out in the halls so people sat around at all hours of the day and you could hear them. Breakfast was very basic and pool was closed. The receptionist was friendly. For what we paid, it was a good place to just sleep.」
