「The reason I rated the facilities as "Poor" was that as we see all too often when asked about the pool, which is listed as an amentiy in the hotel description, we were told it was closed for maintenance. In Mid-June???? really?? What a load of crap. My guess is it never opens, just to save money. If the hotel isn't going to keep it up, don't even say you have one.」

「This is our go-to hotel for our family reunions each year. It's conveniently located just off from the freeway, with many stores and restaurants nearby. 「when we first arrived the front desk worker tried very hard to get us into a room for the night, and knew we were going to a concert so he was very quick about everything. he got us checked into the room, and while we were away he replaced our entire air conditioner unit, which was very nice to come back to.」
