"Clean room, good clean and well maintained fixtures. Friendly helpful staff, very good breakfast items. Even wrapped the English muffins and bagels with plastic wrap to prevent hand cross contamination. A dedicated staff person to maintain breakfast items and clean breakfast area instead of person working area as a side job like a front desk staff person. You can tell the ownership is hands own at this location. Will always stay at this location when traveling thru Clovis NM"

"Everything, starting with the staff member that greeting us and checked us in to the check out. We forgot our phone charger and the staff at the front desk got it to us before we left the building. The woman in the kitchen was wonderful, she was a warm smile every morning, she was helpful and made us feel at home! Every staff member we encountered was smiling and friendly! I wish every where we traveled had a duplicate of this BW ! "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Please keep in mind this is an an economy hotel. It is not a five-star, Windsor or Hilton where you pay $500 a night for a room. So the property is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and everything in the room works. Value for dollar. This is a great hotel. You get what you pay for. You. Get friendly service from the staff. A clean room. A clean bed, fully functioning air conditioner. Quick attention to any issues or problems that may arise and a beautiful courtyard that is very pet friendly. Dining outside in the courtyard is very comfortable as there are several tables with chairs located throughout the area. The pool inside is very clean and very well maintained. There are also several barbecue grills available for barbecuing if you would like. There is parking in the back for larger vehicles. I drive a semi and there were several 18 wheelers parked there during their stay."
