「The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs. 「Excellent Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and neat modern rooms. Laundry facilities there which helped so much, free breakfast and convenient to everything. We needed a different room because of kiddie noise upstairs we were on the 1st floor. They switched rooms for us within seconds. Wonderful hotel」
