「Absolutely terrible experience. Unhelpful staff. Customer service is clearly the last priority. Room was filthy and smelled terrible. Couldn't wait to leave.」
「Beds a bit soft but otherwise comfortable. Fridge in room. 24 HR coffee. No deluxe breakfast-only plain bagels in crowded room. Shower shot water over curtain & into the room. Maid took away wet towels but not replaced. Room phone did not work. Pool not heated. Whirlpool out of service. Explanation was that motel was between old & new management」
「The room was tiny and at an angle, water ran out of the shower to pool in the corner of the bathroom. The ceilings were low and my bf could barely fit in the shower. Rugs were old. It was clean, just not what I expected for the price. Wouldn't stay again.」
「I had an amazing stay at The Inn & Spa at Intercourse! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy some time away.
The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the spa experience was an added bonus. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding Lancaster County area while still having a quiet, relaxing place to return to at the end of the day.
