Excellent hotel and location. Walkable to everything you need to do in Rome as a tourist. Terrific restaurants close by too. Roberta at the reception is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Her expertise and advice made our visit in Rome so much better. Thank you, Roberta!

Nice property there is no one at property when you check in but they do keep you informed on how to gain access. Only thing that was gross but out of there control is there was a rat lower level there was trash near elevator that was not removed during our entire stay. But it is in city so it happens. There is a coffee shop right around corner and owner is very nice

Suitedreams offered a spacious, comfortable, no frills stay. It was clean, quiet and conveniently located to bistros, cafés and restaurants. The building offers a look into old apartment living, complete with an updated cage elevator. Modern bathroom with a great shower and hairdryer. There is shopping within an easy walk, as well as two Metro stations, one for each of the two existing subway lines (a third line is under construction). The main train station is about an easy ten minute walk. Several main attractions, such as the Colosseum, are about a half hour scenic walk from the hotel. We did not have a room with a view, which made it free from street and traffic noise. The highlight of the stay, was, however, our consierge, Roberta. She was friendly, helpful, informative and kind. I would stay at Suitedreams on a return visit and recommend it to others planning a visit to Rome.

We stay at Suitedreams regularly. It is ideally located for Roma Termini railway station and the Rome Opera House. Good sized rooms, with a very courteous reception desk. Recommended.

Good: staff is friendly and helpful. They let us keep luggage at front desk three hours after checkout Bad: property appears to be poorly looked after. Pics are deceiving, and room other than bed didn’t feel clean at all. Extremely noisy at night and our room was missing blackout curtains advertised in pics. When we went to shower water was shut off but was working ten minutes later

The room is ok, the bathroom needs upgrading of tub,its moldy. The street on the hotel is noisy at night. The staff though is very pleasant and helpful.

Check in was seamless: we arrived early in the morning, long before check-in and left our bags at the desk so we could go see the city; when we returned in the evening our room was ready and the kind staff had moved our bags into it. The room is clean, specious, and comfortable. There are black out blinds that keep the room dark and quiet long after the sun came up—we slept so good! The staff is so friendly and let us leave our bags at the desk after check out as we were not leaving the city until late in the evening. My only negative was the bathroom has a slight damp musty smell but was not bothersome enough to deter another stay—I would definitely stay here again! It is walkable to most attractions including the Colosseum, Forum, etc, but there is a metro stop just around the corner. That is my tip: when I googled upon arrival to Rome the closest metro stop it told me Termini, which is a 10 minute walk, but I soon discovered the Repubblica stop is around the corner and is just a 2 minute walk, making the whole city so easily accessible from here.

The staff was wonderful. Extremely friendly and helpful. The property is fine. Nothing special. It’s very noisy. You can hear everyone outside and inside so difficult to sleep. It’s very basic but you get what you pay for.

The property is a small hotel on the first floor because of this it was a very personal feeling with the staff. The best part of the hotel was how the staff made us feel. They told us how and where to go. They gave us a map and detailed everything. I would go back in a second

The hotel is really nice and has some really nice rooms with good amenities, in Friday’s and Saturday nights unfortunately it can be a little loud so if you need to be up early just something to note! Otherwise a really lovely hotel with super friendly staff (especially Rebecca at the reception who was so helpful!)

Very nice and helpful staff. Very close to metro. Easily walkable to all tourist areas. Hot water pressure was low for a winter trip but otherwise this place was perfect for my teen daughter and myself.

Very well located rooms with reception. Ideal for Termini and the Opera. Friendly staff. Rooms are a good balance between simple and everything you need. We reported some small maintenance issues, but nothing significant. Our second stay and we shall book again. Recommended.

The property was a short walk from Termini Station and perfectly situated within a 5-45 minute walk of all attractions in all directions. Property was clean, but I’d hardly call the room we had a Superior room. It certainly looked nothing like the photos, but when do they? The staff at the hotel were excellent and very informative. My only gripe about the property was that on Friday and Saturday night, either below or above us were having into the early hour parties and it sounded like we were there with them. Luckily, we were so worn out that not even that kept us up! Apart from that, it was great and I would definitely use again.

Convenient location, cheap no frills. First room we was placed in had a broken door lock, spoke to receptionist and was promptly moved to a nicer room. Air Con didn’t work in room which wasn’t an issue this time of year but would have been a deal breaker in hotter months. Beds weren’t the best but was okay for a 3 day stay. Shower pressure was awful. All in was a decent hotel for the price and location but wouldn’t stay again

Would highly recommend!
The room is super clean. The staff especially Stefania and Roberta were absolutely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The staff are very honest as I had to change room and left my 2 rings in my old room without my knowing it, staff gave it to me when I arrived from a tour that night. Great location as well, walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. Close to a lot of restaurants.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has two bedrooms and two baths that was perfect for our family. The hotel is clean and daily housekeeping a nice plus. We found the area very convenient and walkable to all activities.

Roberta and staff were so welcoming and kind. The rooms were great, beds comfortable, and staff was amazing! We will be back. Added bonus ; close to the Train station in a very safe area, 10 minute walk to the Trevi and Spanish steps. . If you run, there are great parks and the hills will give you a great workout!
