This was our 3rd time here and again, Villa Grazioli did not disappoint.
Communication prior to, and during our stay was spot on. Staff were very attentive and professional at all times.
Virtually nowhere in this beautiful villa is out of bounds and even with weddings going on, we didn't feel in the way.
The rooms were beautiful, a few tired areas in and around them, some repairs have been made in places that could maybe have been done a bit better, but the bathrooms have been recently renovated to a high standard.
The bedding was beautiful and luxurious, and the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, especially in the villa.
We had an issue for the first few days of our trip with the outside door in the building opposite the villa where we stayed initially, as the soft close was not working properly. The door slammed each time someone came in or out and it resonated in our room (153). We were moved straight away into a room in the villa and I thank the staff very much for this as we had come here for respite after health issues.
Wine prices (you can get a bottle served virtually anywhere on the property) are very reasonable and the food/drinks at the pool are also good prices.
We loved the shuttle service to and from Frascati, it really helped due to the high prices of taxis in the area, although it is only a 25 minute walk from the town back to the property.
We cant wait to get back here and always feel like this is home when we return. We love it here
