I loved the hotel, everything was clean, very quiet. We arrived at night. There's a Holiday Inn. nearby that had food. Everything was very easy. Taxis are easy to get to, very close to the airport.

Check-in was fast after a long day. Room was spacious and open. AC didn’t work well but it was good enough for the 6 hours we’re here.

Purtroppo la nostra camera aveva molte macchie di umido sul soffitto, quindi l’aria all’interno appena entrati si avvertiva molto umida. Dormire con la sensazione di umido addosso era fastidioso. Ci siamo lamentati già il primo giorno, ma non sono riusciti a trovare una camera disponibile, nonostante fossero anche venuti dei tecnici a constatare quello che stessimo dicendo. Al check out ci hanno fatto pagare ugualmente il prezzo pieno dicendo che non potevano fare nulla, che serviva una richiesta formale al direttore ma lui non c’era. Infine la pulizia della camera era veramente molto superficiale, abbiamo trovato delle ciocche di capelli a terra e su alcune superfici non si spolverava da molto tempo evidentemente. La cosa dignitosa era la colazione e il cambio asciugamani ogni giorno.

The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The faucet was dripping and we told reception and they didn’t do anything when we stayed with them during 2 stays. The bath tub was also clogged and wouldn’t drain the water when we arrived during the night at around 7pm. They don’t have maintenance in the night. They told me that they couldn’t do anything and after being upset they gave us another room to take a shower. I also lost my pajama in the hotel and asked them multiple times if they please could notify me of any news of the clothes. They didn’t care and never gave me an update on my pajama. The last day I had to leave early in the morning before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they were kind to give us a bag full of snacks for each person.

The shower wasn't draining the water and they didn't have anyone in maintenance to fix the bathroom while also the faucet was leaking and we told reception many times and they didn't fix it. I also lost my pijama and told the receptionist and they didn't have any information.

Very dated, but clean and had balcony. My first room had a recent smoker, so I was moved. The area is all big buildings, very boring. Quite a ways from the airport. The front desk guys were wonderful. Free breakfast was nice.
