I couldn’t say anything about all the nice staffs but needs to improve on cleaning,beds were done ,and we have clean towels everyday ,the only complain is the floor you can see that the dust on the floor ,it wasn’t swept everyday .that’s all ,I hope they will improve it otherwise everything was perfect

Nice spacious rooms, quiet, good breakfast and close to train station. What didn't work well was the AC unit failed on our last day (June 15th night/16th morning) and was quite hot and uncomfortable all through the night and early next day.

It was centrally located and easy to walk to many places, otherwise, the metro was 1 block away, as was the main train station. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions about getting around Rome and to the Vatican - I wish I could remember his name.
