酒店还可以，只是最后一晚由于有紧急状况我们没住，酒店不给退房费，关键连入住时就交的城市税也不给退，这点不太合理，由于旅途中出了点紧急状况，不得已提前回国。一定要退房时再交城市税。

The hostess, Annette, was absolutely the best!! The historic building is beautiful. The breakfast spread is insane -- the care and thought that goes into that was wonderful to see.

They held our luggage for us so we could start exploring right away. Nice friendly staff. Above a restaurant and more on the front street. The Ruins were in front of the building. Walkable to major sites!

It is a unique hotel, tiny and corky, but we enjoyed our short stay here. They do not serve breakfast, but they had a mini bar that was free and absolutely full of everything and anything you could ever think of for breakfast well worth our one night stay here Location was great and in short walking distance to all the restaurants, stores and the usual attractions

The staff at Hotel Barrett were outstanding from the moment we arrived. So friendly and helpful with a room containing all home comforts and more. From a fridge in our room fully stocked with drinks, meats, cheeses and more to the massage chair and foot massager in our room. Our stay was a delight and so close to all the main attractions with bus stops directly outside. I really can’t praise this hotel and its staff enough they made us feel so at home. Even giving a gift at the start and end of our stay. Book this hotel. You will not regret! Thank you 😊

This amazing hotel is a true hidden gem with an easy walk to most of Rome's most popular attractions! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is a boutique hotel so if you're used to chain hotels this might not be for you but if you like quirky, unique hotels, dont miss this one.

1. Não havia café da manhã! ATENÇÃO: são biscoitos de má qualidade, snacks ruins, e condimentos na geladeira. Apesar de ter muita coisa dentro da geladeira, seria muito melhor ter um café da manhã se verdade. Como colocam muitos utensílios em um pequeno espaço, acaba que nao temos lugar para colocar as nossas coisas. O quarto ficou pequeno! 2. As paredes do local são muito finas, conseguimos ouvir o barulho da hospede ao lado DIGITANDO no celular kkkkkk é cômico, porém, trágico! 3. O edredom é de baixíssima qualidade, nunca vi algo como aquilo. 4. O ar condicionado realmente funcionava. 5. O ponto forte do local é a localização!

If you want a centrally located hotel with a bizarre interior, this is your place. My first complaint was that nowhere on there description does it say that the your need to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get into the hotel, so with 2 - bags over 50 lbs. and 2 other bags over over 30 lbs., you can see how stairs could be difficult. Once you get into what they call a lobby, all of the craziness starts and the rooms don't get any better. The pictures they show is just the beginning. And then you step into the bathroom that you feel your stepping into a capsule that send you into space and is so small where you can only raise 1 arm at a time to wash or you bang your arms/elbows into the walls.

Perfect location! Staff was kind, courteous, helpful and overall just nice people. Room was clean and kept well stocked. We enjoyed staying there - just be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs - which we didn’t mind because we got our steps in :)

Hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around. The views were great and staff was excellent. We had NO hot water at all to shower, no iron or steamer for clothes. Limited ice for Americans. The foot massager was awesome. It was not a bad place to stay but there are others with the same price i prefer

Hotel Barret is a very convenient hotel if you’re planning on staying most of the day outside, it has good air conditioning, good WiFi and the costumer service is truly good and always provides a great service. Taking into account the Hotel provides a self made breakfast, most of the times it ends up messing the room and ends up dirty; we weren’t expecting this concept of making our own breakfast in our room.
