It was kept very clean. There was lovely free coffee and buiscuits every day. I could not get the tv to work as some nights we were exhausted with walking so wanted to just relax with a look at the news etc. I would definitely recommend as very near to all tourist attractions

Great place to stay, very clean and quiet.
The stay was great, the place is close to the Vatican and to the Metro station. The stay there was very good The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Check out time is early, don't declare that you have baggage storage, bikause you don't. To leave the luggage out the room it is not save solution. Nice place to be in Rome for 2 days.

Hello dear customer. I hope everything went well. The time of exit from the rooms is well written at the time of booking I do not see why to comment on his choice. The baggage deposit is a free service chosen by our customers the area of ​​the baggage deposit is under video surveillance and it is always recommended not to leave valuables as an alternative there are always paid deposits in the center of Rome.

Good value property!
I was travelling solo & it was important to me to feel safe. This is a self check in situation for the most part with the use of codes & a drop box for the key which was a little confusing for me but once I was checked in everything came together. My room was very clean & modern in styling. The bathroom fixtures were very attractive with a wonderful rain head shower. My room was cleaned every day & almost by magic the most delicious pastries were left for me on my little fridge. I felt safe in my room & in the neighbourhood as well. A fresh market was half a block away as was a bakery. Short walking distance from the metro & the Vatican. Great location yet quiet night & day. I would stay here again. Very good value.

Very clean and efficient method to get in. In the check in instructions, please mention that the customer has to call onto a 'phone number's as I was confused with the first number to call especially if you're international and can have roaming charges.

Stylish room, good location, poor breakfast
We had the superior room (No2) and we loved it. Clean, stylish and comfortable. The hotel is pretty much a big flat divided into rooms. Location is perfect, close to metro station and sights (Vatican, Castle St Angelo, even Trevi Fountain or Trastevere is only 30 minutes walk). No reception only from 10am to 1pm but they have a system that allows you to get in and pick up your keys. Check out is at 10am, which is a bit early, really. No real breakfast, few cookies are left by the reception desk but there is a coffee machine, so you can have coffee whenever you want.

A well kept property in a great part of town. Walk to Vatican city. First impressions of the area were scary at first, but totally transformed in the evening,with restaurants popping up all around and lots of locals walking about. Coffee, shopping and food are close by. Well lit and safe. Enjoyed our stay in Rome very much. A wonderful place to stay.

Two out of three days there was no hot water. Getting into the room, through code numbers, is very difficult and confusing. The man who cleaned the rooms was pleasant but unhelpful. No hotel staff to help a traveler. No elevator. Not recommended for older travelers.

We LOVED staying here!! We actually got there a bit before check- in and they were kind enough to let us in, give us our room, make suggestions of where to eat, etc! The hotel itself has only 4 or 5 suites and they're SO adorable! Each one is different and ours was very clean and beautiful! The bed was super cozy as well. The location is nice because it's right down the street from the metro and right around the corner from a grocery store as well. There were little added bonuses like a cute Italian view and a fridge in the room. The service was exceptional and we definitely plan on staying here every time we visit Rome now!

Great condition; not full service
Ronnie, the young man who attends to this very small, boutique hotel, is only available on-site between the hours of 10AM and 3PM (check in is early between noon and 3pm). There are emergency numbers to call when Ronnie is not available (the two owners of the 4 room hotel). Ergo, it is not full service. It is conveniently located. Ronnie is very knowledgeable about the area and made a number of recommendations for me. He also arranged a luxury car for me to take me back to the airport after my second evening in Roma. Pick up time was 7:30AM; the driver was at the door at 7:25AM. Clean, comfortable BMW. The driver was very good and got me to the airport in 30 minutes! Certainly better than using a taxi service. The rooms are well appointed with very comfortable linens and mattresses. There is a self-service espresso machine, biscuits and pie available to patrons. On my next trip to Roma (whenever that is), I will definitely stay there again because of the location, cleanliness and reasonable cost.

I have a relaxing stay in this hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful, introducing nice tourist spots and city guide clearly. The location helps me get to the Vatican within minutes and it is close to metro station too. although the breakfast is rather simple, I appreciate the attentive preparation of the staffs.

It is just a great surprise how this tiny place can offer! I feel the customer service here is like a 5 stars boutique hotel. Thanks to Mario and Clara for the great services who pays attention to every single detail that I needed without me even asking. You two have gone far beyond the call of service that a B&B can offer! For those looking for a room near Vatican and relatively near Metro station, hesitate no more! There are only 4 rooms in this place. Book early! Chic Hotel close to EVERYTHING!
Mario really treats you right and does his utmost to give excellent service. He loves his work and it shows. This hotel is very quiet, and Vatican City, lots of shopping and lots of restaurants are all within a comfortable walking distance. I was traveling alone and felt very safe walking around there at night because there are lots of people always walking around there.

Vatican Stay
We went to Rome to sightsee and our stay at this hotel was awesome. Staff was available from 09am-3pm and when we left he arraigned the rooms so neatly. There was an in-room safe which we used. Description shows breakfast included and we had access to a coffee maker which was in the lobby and bread and jam in the room. I stayed in the suite since it was my mom, cousin and myself. It had a queen sized bed and a twin size bed. Super clean room with standing shower and waterfall and side jets. There was a towel warmer inside of the bathroom as well which was very useful. Central air inside of the room let us control the temperature with a thermostat.
