The service was amazing and easy to communicate with the owner. Close to different attractions, but still not packed with people around. The kitchen had lots of snacks , which was nice. Recommend this hotel👍

Personnel accueillant, serviable et généreux. Petit déjeuner fait maison à volonté toute la journée, propreté irréprochable, quartier calme proche du Vatican. Chambres mal insonorisées entre elles et les communs, eau chaude capricieuse, un peu loin du centre de Rome.

Nice enough
This is the third Guest House we've stayed in and it's always the same problem, no one is available upon our arrival and it always seems to be a big problem getting things organised. Also, we found it the word breakfast included it means "there's stuff in the kitchen help yourself"and not much of it

If you always want to find someone to greet you without informing them of your arrival time, I advise you to choose a hotel for your next holiday

The stat itself was nice. It was clean private room and with WiFi and air conditioning. My only issue was that is provides as a bed a breakfast which usually implies breakfast is served I would assume something, however they give you a kitchen with a expresso maker I couldn’t figure out how to use, a toaster and no use of stove and a locked fridge. There’s a small dorm like fridge in the room but it holds very little. Considering my 7 day stay was almost as much as a monthly rent in the states , having access to breakfast or even the ability to cook would have been nice. Outside of that I had zero complaints and my stay was comfortable and pleasant

good morning, you have booked a room, if you wanted to use the kitchen you had to book a holiday home .. the fridge is what you use in the hotel. the guest can use a toast in the kitchen, an espresso machine, and a microwave ... all clear elements written on the site .. thanks anyway for his statements we will treasure to improve more and more

Airco ok Problème avec la douche qui se coupait trop facilement A l arrivée il manquait 1 ampoule ( qui fut remplacée le lendemain) Les serviettes n étaient pas changées à la demande et le ménage ne fut pas fait le 3ieme jour (sur4)

bonjour, la douche s'est cassée et a été remplacée rapidement, les serviettes sont changées tous les 3 jours sauf si elles sont sales, dans ce cas nous les changeons le troisième jour, le nettoyage n'a pas été fait car si le client est dans la chambre et le fille ne peut pas nettoyer

We had a late afternoon arrival and Alessandra was there waiting for us. Had trouble reaching shuttle service, Alessandra arranged it for us, from and to airport. Very professional and welcoming attitude.

hello, if the cleaning of the room does not go it should be said in the structure in order to make it clean better and not wait to go back home and leave reviews that penalize us ... sometimes the mistake can be made ... I will be better controlled next time

Op hun website worden allerhande faciliteiten aangeboden die er niet zijn: * badjassen zijn er niet * toiletartikelen zijn er niet, op een paar staaltjes na * koffie is er op de kamer, maar het apparaat in de keuken werkt niet * bovenal wordt het aangeboden als B&B, maar er wordt geen ontbijt geserveerd

hello, there are no bathrobes but shower towels, I don't know what other service she thought she would find we have clean, spacious rooms that she calls samples of single doses sold exclusively for hotel facilities, perhaps she should book in 5-star hotels, obviously doubling the amount you paid .. to have better services..the coffee and tea are available to guests ... in the rooms there are kettle and you while in the kitchen the coffee machine ..no guest complained about the placement of the machine ...

15 min walk to St. Peter’s square. Very clean. Alessandra was super nice accommodating and professional. Her gelato suggestion was perfect. Very comfy for a family of 5. Excellent Alessandra!

chambre propre, très bien située, (1 km du vatican), à 2 minutes de la ligne de bus (la ligne 916 vous emmene au terminus en plein coeur de Rome ); salle de bain correcte, climatisation très appréciable. Pas de parking mais on a pu se garer facilement à proximité de l'hotel

Pesimo, no hospedarse ahi nunca en la vida!!!
Para empezar, este no es un hotel, es un cuarto que te rentan y no ha y recepción 24/7, tienes que llamar a la persona que deja un letrero hasta que uno llega por lo que estuvimos esperando mas de 30 minutos a la persona que nos abriera el cuarto, esto es muy malo porque ibamos de viaje y no teniamos celular en esa ciudad. Reserve mi hospedaje con desayuno incluido y resulta que no ofrecen desayunos y la persona que se llama Alessandra dijo que no daba desayunos incluidos y que desde el año pasado no da desayunos incluidos y le mostré mi reserva con desayuno incluido y dijo que era un problema de hoteles.com y no era su problema. La cama estaba dura, las sabanas rotas, el cuarto hacia frio, no servia la calefaccion y el baño hacia un ruido extraño cada 20 minutos como de una bomba de agua, por lo cual las dos noches reservadas no pudimos ni dormir. Pesimo de hoteles que tengan estos pseudo hoteles reservando, que mienten sobre el desayuno y mienten sobre que es un hotel y no es hotel. Para terminar muy mal que nos cobraron adicional 14 euros por impuestos de la ciudad y en efectivo, por lo que tuve que ir a sacar dinero del banco y nos cobro comisión por no anticipar estos cobros adicionales en efectivo por parte de hoteles. Muy mal muy molesto por esta situación que pasa uno de viaje.

Rom ist eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft gut gelegen. Mehrere Buslinien waren in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Diese fuhren zum Vatikan und ins Zentrum.

Confortevole, pulito e familiare
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione strategica, stanze moderne e pulite. La sera fa un po' freddo, ma con il condizionatore addizionale, e una coperta extra da richiedere, si risolve.

Appartamento comodo. Colazione da migliorare.
Bella camera ampia e pulita, comoda per una famiglia. Cornetta della doccia non funzionante e temperatura non gestibile (o bollente o gelata). La colazione viene servita solo in camera che risulta poco funzionale per mancanza di spazi (3 sedie per 4 persone, tavolino tondo piccolo) Colazione buona ma viene portato solo il cibo (succo/acqua/bevande fresche inesistenti). Alla richiesta di un succo rispondono che c’è un supermercato vicino. Una decina di gradini per accedervi (poco comodo per passeggini) Posizione non centrale, zona tranquilla, servita dai mezzi. 15 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano, 60’ dal Colosseo. Pochi ristoranti ma comunque vicini. Supermercato h24 Nelle vicinanze.

Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja hyvä. Hotellille oli aluksi hankala löytää, kun saavuimme julkisilla. n 100m päästä lähtee busseja suoraan Rooman keskustaan jossa on nähtävyydet. Vatikaaniin on kävelymatka. Hintataso ympäristössä on edullinen ja ruokapaikkoja siinä on hyvin tarjolla. Kaupat ovat myös lähellä. Hotellissa on yhteinen keittiö ja siellä hella sekä uuni, mutta ne eivät olleet asiakkaiden käytettävissä ja tämä oli harmi.

Die Gastgeberin Annamaria hat uns nach langer Anreise freundlichst empfangen. Sie hat uns eine ausführliche Auskunft über Rom und Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft war stets gepflegt und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Lediglich eine, zur Jahreszeit passende Bettdecke hat gefehlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft eignet sich für einen Städetrip. Freunde einer reich gedeckten Frühstückstafel werden jedoch enttäuscht. Fans von Zwieback werden allerdings voll auf ihre Kosten kommen.

Pode ser um bom custo x benefício
O café da manhã é satisfatório, em geral as pessoas são cordiais (apesar de nem todos falarem inglês) e, pelo preço, pode ser uma opção próxima das principais atrações ou com fácil acesso através, principalmente, de ônibus. O wifi funcionou bem. Os pontos negativos ficam por conta da estrutura do quarto. Ao menos no que fiquei era muito difícil tomar banho sem molhar o chão e poderiam atualizar as instalações, sobretudo do banheiros. A limpeza não parece ser das melhores, mas talvez o fato do banheiro ser velho ajude a criar essa impressão, pois a limpeza/arrumação é diária. Em linhas gerais pode ser um bom custo x benefício se o preço for bom e tiver disposição pra caminhar um pouco.

Bien pour 1 nuit et encore...
Deja il faut arriver avant 14h sinon plus personne à la reception. Nous avons du appeler 30 min avant notre arrivee pour que l on puisse nous accueillir. C est plus une chambre dans un grand appartement qu une chambre d hotel. Personnel tres sympathique mais qui ne parle pas tres bien l anglais. Petit dejeuner apporté en chambre à choisir la veille pour le lendemain. N hesitez pas à blinder car les portions sont tres petites. Ensuite, on entend TOUT: les voisins, les gens à la reception. Il n y a pas d isolation et dès le matin c est bruyant. On ne peut pas jeter son papier WC dans les toilettes... Bref, plein de petits détails qui font que je suis quelque peu décu de cet endroit.

Hidden Jewel next to the Vatican
The staff is very nice and accommodating, the room is very spacious (3 beds), it has private new and spacious bathroom, AC.... Just everything we needed for our stay in Rome. It is a very nice please to stay. I can't say enough.
