We were able to store our luggage before check in, instructions were clear and concise, the location was amazing- right in the center of all the tourist attractions. Loved it!

The apartment was very well presented. The staff support was great. The windows's blinds were broken but fixed statically. The view is however nothing special looking only at the internal builing's area. All the rest was great. The Colosseum is very close. Plenty of small shops and restaurants near-by. 20-25 walking from Termini train station. Keep in mind that the first address shown in the insertion it is the one about the office and not the one about the apartment that is few hundred meters away.

Our Family Roman vacation

Family vacation in Rome. Unit has a good location near Colosseum. Easy check-in, responsive owners, clean rooms and good air-conditioning. Overall a good value. Our only complaint is the bed mattresses are a bit firm. A mattress topper would help.

It was perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed how it was quiet but also just a short walk to the colosseum. We loved walking around and enjoying all the different shops and restaurants! It was wonderful having a washing machine as well- it helped so much! Highly recommend!

The apartment was in a good location bit many ofnthe negative reveiws were spot on; the beds were uncomfortably hard, butnwe had space in the rooms. The shower was tiny and not draining properly. Overall was clean, but was not what we were looking for; the advertisement shows rooms and views that are not necessarily the room you'll get. Ie there was balcony when that was the primary pic in the add. The staff who helped us were kind, the cafe outside was small & delightful. Ultimately the room was "fine" and you'll get what you pay for in comparison to other options around the city.

Perfect for families

Great place to stay for a family. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pull out couch, kitchen, wash machine. No dryer, but racks to hang up to dry clothes. Great location about a 10-15 minute walk to Colosseum. Nice restaurants to walk to all around. Staff communicated well and was helpful.

Perfect little B&B by the Colosseum

We had a great stay at this B&B - we were able to check in an hour early and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to the Colosseum which is perfect for history and architecture lovers. Would definitely recommend this sport for anyone visiting Rome!

Beautiful and great location

Three bedrooms and 3 full baths. Beautiful enclosed terrace. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Location was amazing, so close to the colosseum and great cafes and eateries.

Great location!

Our family of 5 had 2 nights in Rome before a cruise! This place was fantastic! Amazing location just blocks from the center of Rome. Walkable to everything. Mary even helped us schedule pick up service at airport and again to get to cruise port.
