"Place is fine but the owner is one of the most rude people I've every spoken too - he was literally shouting out me and not listening. I book over 300 rooms per year, so have dealt with many hotel owners. Despite being a regular customer, he insisted on charging a late check in fee, even though he could not show me where this was mentioned at the time of booking. After promising to meet me to discuss, he sent a poor, junior staff member, knowing he would have to try and deal with this. Poor owner, poor boss - I feel sorry for his employees."

"I had reservations booking a hostal as I’ve never really slept in one before. This was in a great location, the communication was very good even when I struggled with the touch screen self service key card. I had help straight away. The room was super basic but the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were fresh and the shower hot. No frills but all I did was sleep and I slept very well "

"Excellent apartment overlooking the beach, walking distance from local train station (but farther from Camp de Tarragona station). Very clean, well-maintained with every convenience you need (full kitchen, laundry, living room, balcony, etc.). Great communication from owner/manager with instructions. Location is excellent, quick walk to major sites in historic part of Tarragona."
