Welcomed by proprietor and her friendly dog. Lovely evening meal prepared by her husband Room a little dated and worn out; needs a refresh. Cracked sink and plunger on loo had to be flushed using lever inside cistern as string rotten that was formerly holding flush in place in ensuite. Proprietor very friendly and helpful.

Tres bon hotel d'étape, dans un ancien relais de poste de 1830 qui a su conserver son cachet, avec un acceuil familial et simple. A proximité immédiate du site remarquable des 7 ecluses, dans un village au calme, et à proximité de lieu de visites notables tel le chateau de St Fargeau (à 20'). A recommender.

Nous sommes déçus de cet établissement qui date d un autre âge. La chambre était dans le jus des années 70! Papier peint moche, moquette et couvre lit désuet et heureusement les draps étaient propres. Nous avions pris la peine d appeler la réception pour leur dire qu on arrivait vers 15:00 et nous avions attendu plus de 30 minutes afin que qq un nous accueil Bref à éviter

Correct pour une nuit

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée ( grand lit , baignoire , produits a dispositions ) mais des soucis dans les finitions et installations ( chasse d eau , baguettes qui sont mal clouees ...) Il y avait une porte communiquant entre deux chambres qui aviait ete condamnee mais de ce fait on entendait tout des voisins et inversement! Enfin, un coup de balais en plus au sol aurait ete sympa pour eliminer les cheveux des precedents occupants.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Nous avons séjourné au moment des orages. Et malheureusement il y a eu une coupure de courant dans le village. Et de grosse fuite dans la chambre ( une belle cascade).Il faut pas mal de force pour verouiller la porte des toilettes et des tuyeaux restent en suspend dans la salle d eau. Si vous ne vous levez pas assez tôt pour le petit déjeuné, il n y a plus de croissants. Il reste que le pain et des confitures industrielles. Le prix ne bouge pas .... L environnement est très beau.

Mes amies et moi-même avons été ravies de ce Week-end dans cet établissement situé dans un village charmant. La chambre pour 3 était spacieuse et la literie confortable. Le personnel fait tout pour vous être agréable.

Comfortable bed

One of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. On arrival was allocated an 'independent' room, which meant that the entrance to the room was external to the building. This would not have been an issue if the blinds had fit the window correctly. Felt uneasy that anyone could stand outside the door and see into the bedroom. The hotel staff were accommodating and changed my room asap to an internal room, this felt much more secure.
