「Large room and good location.」

「Front desk staff was wonderful. Shuttle drives could take some notes from the front desk staff. On the way to the airport shuttle driver just sat there and watched up struggle to open the door and get our suitcases inside the next morning the shuttle driver told us he would not get us to the airport until 20 minutes after our scheduled time, when we said that wouldn’t work with our flights he said “oh well”. Thankfully the front desk ordered us a Lyft that the hotel covered 」

「The room was superb. Very clean with no evident issues or deficiencies. Access to and from the airport is quick; 15 minutes using third party transportation. There are several on-site dining and eating opportunities with reasonable pricing and excellent preparation selections. 」

「The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!」

「The staff was super friendly, and their breakfast offered more than I expected. They had a clean gym with all the equipment we needed. We used their clean pool and hot tub the first night, but they shut them down the second because of high chlorine content. That was disappointing for our young one because it was half the reason we booked with Embassy. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. They could increase their level of detailed cleaning, though. We found a baby sock under the curtains,...
