- Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Das Hotel hat Charakter, wie aus den 80ern. - Mit dem Servicepersonal kann man sich nicht auf Englisch, Deutsch oder Französisch verständigen. Menükarten waren nur in Italienisch oder Russisch erhältlich. - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist entsprechend schlecht.

Ottimo hotel

Ottima sistemazione, la camera singola aveva spazi molto vivibili, ottima pulizia, personale alla reception sorridente e cordiale. C'è un'area spa ben attrezzata e una piscina piuttosto grande e completa di whirlpool, che i clienti dell'hotel possono utilizzare gratuitamente. Non male il buffet per la colazione, un po' meno entusiasmante la cena a buffet, ma comunque abbiamo trovato tutti qualcosa per i nostri gusti.

Персонал ресепшен не весь приветлив и готов помочь, нередко дают неполную и устаревшую информацию, потом выставляют счет за услуги, не готовы однозначно дать сведения о цене трансфера. За отказ от ужина за 24 часа в счет включают стоимость ужина. В отеле были пятый раз, этот визит очень изменил отношение, больше не будем там останавливаться.

Отель расположен прекрасно,но обстановка в отеле стала хуже 1.Интернет работает очень плохо,скорость очень низкая,часто пропадает 2в ресторане официантов мало-задержка в обслуживании,блюда однообразные. 3.Убрали из холла бесплатный WiFi,ввели платные тапочки т.е. услуги за те же деньги стали хуже-жесткая экономия но за счет клиента.
