「The room was clean, but the daily cleaning consisted of just roughly making the bed. The beauty kit was not refilled in 4 days. Breakfast was really good, but being a base for hiking the service should start earlier - pancakes and cakes were always at least 45 mins after the catering started. We had to pay for toothpaste. First time in a 4 stars hotel where the reception does not provide you with toothpaste and there was not complimentary water in the room. It’s a shame, because it’s a nice...

「入住當下看到窗外的風景真的是非常滿意，細看後發現沙發使用感很重、不是很乾淨，廁所只有非常小瓶的備品（洗髮沐浴2in1），重點是洗澡途中沒有熱水！退房當日才收到酒店的email，告知使用熱水超過30分鐘就會沒有熱水使用，但當日使用不到30分鐘。 在凌晨一點的遇到按門鈴的惡作劇，使我們兩個女孩非常的害怕！」

「It is one of the most horrible experience in my life! The hotel is so dirty that have spider in the room. Even you requested for a room cleam up service, they just change your rubbish bin and fix the bed. They won’t clean the floor (even many dust and hair on the floor), won’t help you to change cups (even you have used and write a memo to remind them) and they won’t refuse any tissue! I definitely won’t stay here again and the only thing that have a credit here is the breakfast, it is beyond...
