Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Burghaus & Villa Kronenburg. We stayed in the Classic Suite, which was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean, and full of character. It felt like a real treat after a long day. The location was perfect for commuting to the Spa-Francorchamps Grand Prix. It was close enough to make travelling to and from the circuit easy, while being far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the crowds. The hotel itself is charming, with a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re attending the Belgian Grand Prix."
