"How stay good we had a room that suited six people and that did not include a spa we were hoping to be able to use one of the outdoor spas as it states that on the site (one of their main selling points) but they told us it was already booked out and we had to book prior but this was not communicated to us so that was a big let down considering we went to that specific motel because we wanted to utilize the spas (traveled from Waikato) but they told us to go across the road and we will get 50% off which was okay but still an convenience as they should state that on the sites."
