"Very helpful staff. Clean room, corridors and foyer area. Room was really spacious, comfy bed, good layout. Only negative would be parking, very limited, struggled to park one night, was told only 60 spaces, which are chargeable, for over 500 guests. No suggestion of anywhere else to park, so had to sit waiting for someone to leave."

Our only disappointment was the standard of service at breakfast; whilst the food was excellent the service left a bit to be desired and the waitress was thoroughly miserable. She appeared to focus on table cleaning around us rather than being attentive to guests’ needs. Thankfully our breakfast was not contaminated by the cleaning fluid that she was using at an adjacent table."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. I find the beds are very comfy. Always have a good night's sleep. Each time I have stayed here it has been very quiet at night, no noise from other residents which is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good facilities to use. Nice restaurant and good food. I would highly recommend this hotel."
