「Disappointing Experience at Monk-Di Executive Suites-Alura From the start, the owner’s communication was abysmal. Despite arriving at a very reasonable hour (5 PM), we had no way to get into the unit. Multiple attempts to reach the owner went unanswered, leaving us stranded and frustrated in the cold. 「Perfectly located at walking distance from many great restaurants. Check-in was a little complicated as we had to get in touch with a representative and meet in site. She asked us to text when we were 15 minutes away, we gave her a 20 minutes warning and still had to wait. We got the impression that short-tern rental was probably not encouraged in the building. Obce check-in was done, everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay.」

「We went down for the ccmas and stayed here there was a mix up with maids and we had to get ready in the dirty room so we were ready for the concert the maid wasnt there till 5 we check in at 2, then we left and for got a straightener there and they wont send it to us even cod. Overall the place was nice but the way it was run was horrible and will never stay there again or recommend it.」

「Sleepless in Calgary – Nice place in a good location BUT the blinds barely block any light and the bedroom window is east-facing with a mirrored closet on the other side of the room. So unless you like waking up to a double sunrise (at 5:30am in the summer) I would strongly recommend against staying here until they install better blinds.」
