JENNIFER at the front desk was a dream! Polite, smart, efficient, and extremely professional ... JA

Great location! Clean room and staff was super nice at check in! Would stay again

An amazing hotel. Great aesthetic and ambiance. Rooms were tidy and seems brand new. Bathrooms are always the first thing I look at when booking hotels and these were top class. I come to Indy 1-2 times a month for work and am always disappointed when they are booked up. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone when visiting Indy.

Bring slippers because there wasn’t carpet in my room. I was fine with it.

Staff was wonderful and great location and room. Breakfast nice too

Great location, great experience

The lady who does the breakfast was one of the sweetest most welcoming person I have ever met, she made my morning and day

Great location! Walking distance to several restaurants and the fashion mall. Didn’t like the daily parking fee, should be included with hotel stay.

They are Great

I arrived early and would have had to pay almost half of my hotel rate to check in early so I passed on that (would have been free with their reward program) I liked that they asked for an estimate of arrival , but no problem occurred when I checked in earlier- Sister’s flight was delayed but they once again were able to provide excellent customer service- Nice area to stay as you are approaching airport from a less busy way via Avon- and one of the last Indy Bob Evan’s us just down the street.

Great service, specially the breakfast in the morning. Staff was good and helping.

Area is great and the staff were awesome

Friendly and accommodating
