"I liked it, rustic and funky. The resort is old and the set of rooms I stayed in need a lot of work. However the setting is very pretty with a very relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is quite good. My only real complaint was the mattress, it was way too soft. Not sure if it was purchased liked that or just plain worn out."
"If you book here, you must realize that, though this motel offers numerous advantages, it is a locally-owned, somewhat charming wooded property. It is not, however, the Hilton.
The location is ideal—45 minutes from Crater Lake National Park and right next door to a gas station and convenience store (with extremely reasonable prices) which also serves as the check-in desk. Nearby Klamath Falls also offers shopping, restaurants, and a gorgeous lakeside drive.
Check-in was easy, the clerk...
"We loved our stay here on our way to California and then again on our way back. The staff was very accommodating on our second stay. The air conditioning in our room had an annoying rattle so they moved us to another room.
The restaurant is good and the pool was very nice.
Looking forward to hopefully being able to play a round of Golf on our next visit."
"Kitchen set-up was fine. Maybe an update for the coffee instead of Folgers would be nice. The rooms were VERY clean, with a strong smell of Pine Sol in the bathroom I am immunosuppressed, so once we opened the bathroom window, the room began to air out. "
