「The room had everything we needed--a small kitchen, lots of space to spread out, and a clean bathroom.」

「Very clean」

「Great place to stay, highly recommend!」

「The hotel was beautifully updated, super clean, and cozy! The breakfast was great, and the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!」

「Liked everything.」

「Absolutely best value anywhere, spotless, quiet, convenient, the room even smelled good!」

「Clean hotel and great breakfast buffet!!」

「Do not stay at this roach motel with dirty sheets」

「Good location, room needs updates, bed was comfortable, microwave wasn't working correctly, and no coffee pot for coffee maker.」

「All above」

The reception guy were rude and impatient and seemed to use the guest's English proficiency to determine whether they needed to be treated politely or not. It's true that I can't communicate in English fluently, but I still want to be treated kindly. Maybe it's part of life, but I would also like to advise anyone who can't communicate in English to avoid booking this...
