「I was a little disappointed that the main beach photo from the listing was taken from nowhere near the hotel. When booking the sea view room I booked under false information that that would be the view. Also think that it needs mentioning it’s definitely more than 6 minutes walk to the beach - all downhill - which is fine but should be mentioned for accessibility reasons. We booked the premium sea view room which showed loungers and a large balcony - we did not get given a premium sea view room...

「The hotel sits in a great spot — close to both Palma centre and Santa Catalina, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, yet relatively quiet at night. Our room was basic but had an ocean view and double sound-proofed balcony doors, which kept outside noise to a minimum. Comfort was the main letdown: the beds, and especially the pillows, were not comfortable. The shower head was undersized, and one of the shower gel dispensers had come away from the wall. 「Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...
