We love this hotel! The room was great. Loved being able to walk to the beach. The workers so helpful. Pool was relaxing. And we loved being able to book and use the sauna space to end our day! Would highly recommend!!

Staff helpful, food great and will always return, as a point of note: when I paid for the stay the night before I left, this locked me out of my room, everyone had left, however a man was found cleaning in the main restaurant area, who helped me. Please be aware when you pay for the room the night before the key is then disabled .

Europort visit
The hotel was very convenient for Europort where attending a vessel. Visit was during Covert19 pandemic so got a room with kitchen. There was still a limited room service menu available but doesn't compare their normal menu. Room was comfortable and clean. Around the hotel there are some good walks.

Great aervice and food as normal.. single room was tiny. No room to work. Bed against the wall and toiled behind your bed.. very japanese... not great value for money. 93 euros for such small room

I stayed at the Badhotel on business, unfortunately, my room was too noisy, with next door waking me up early in the morning. The restaurant closed at 21:30, so I had to eat as soon as I had checked in but before I could go to my room and shower. My room was pleasant although having the shower in the actual bedroom meant that the bedroom was rather hot and steamy after the shower. I suspect 5ge experience would have been better if I could have made use of the location and hotel facilities rather than just being there on business.

It is correct that our kitchen closes at 21:30. Our restaurant / bar is open until 00:00. You stayed in on our Dune rooms, which have a bath in the bedroom. Sehr schönes Hotel, hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben. Das Restaurant war weihnachtlich geschmückt. Man hat sich ultra wohl gefühlt. Es war auch lecker und die Rezeption war freundlich. Die neuen Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und sauber. Leider stimmen die Expedia-Suchkriterien & Bilder nicht mit dem Wahrheit überein, daher ein Punkt Abzug. Auf dem Bild erkennt man ein 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein angrenzendes mit einem 1ner Bett. So haben wir gedacht auch weil wir 3 Personen angefragt hatten, das wir das Zimmer wie auf dem Bild erhalten. In Wahrheit hätten wir ein Extrabett bestellen müssen welches mit in das Zimmer gestellt worden wäre. Gott sei dank haben wir dann ein freies Appartment erhalten. Lag sicher daran das es schon spät war und kein Personal mehr ein Bett hätte stellen können. Ohne das Upgrade wäre ich sicher sauer gewesen. Eine Nacht ok, aber wenn man länger hätte bleiben wollen, wäre das undenkbar. Die Apartments sind schon älter und hier sind leider die Sauberkeit (Spinnenweben) nichts so tadellos.Dennoch würde ich es wieder buchen, aber an den Daten sollte gearbeitet werden.

Comfortabele bedden zijn natuurlijk van cruciaal belang voor een goede nachtrust, en rugklachten als gevolg van oncomfortabele bedden kunnen inderdaad erg vervelend zijn. Schon in die Jahre gekommen! Kleine, dunkle,muffige Zimmer. Hört man alles von den Nachbarn mit. Keine gute Lüftung im Bad, das Klo Bereich sehr eng!! Sauberkeit na ja….Das Zimmer und gesamte Ausstattung erinnert an 70 er Jahren. Das einzige was Positiv wäre ist die Freundlichkeit des Personal und die Lage zum Meer. Das Frühstück haben uns gespart.

Super verblijf 10 min van de stand
We kwamen een nachtje naar de zee om verjaardag van onze dochter te vieren. Super aardige personeel had voor haar bed geversierd en uiteraad ontbijt tafel. Zo attent! Fijne bedden en kussen, good ontbijt!

Das Hotel wirklich ist super gewesen. Tolle Deko passend zum kanadischen Stil. Tolle Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, fussläufig zum Strand und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gab es auch. Hier könnte man das Buffet evtl an Belag ein bisschen aufpäppeln. Außerdem konnte man sich einen Bollerwagen leihen. Super war das für die Gäste Regenschirme am Ausgang zum Leihen bereitstanden. Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Leider wird bei der Sauberkeit in den Zimmern nicht aufs Detail geachtet. Die Bettkante oder die Lampen waren staubig, sowie auch unter dem Bett. Die Lichtschalter wurden auch länger schon nicht sauber gemacht. In der Toilette an der Wand, hat man noch Fingerabdrücke gesehen. Das Bett war leider viel zu weich. Man ist richtig eingesunken. Uns hat eine Informationskarte im Zimmer gefehlt, sodass man alle Infos hat bspw. von den Frühstückszeiten.

Leuk niet al te groot hotel met goed restaurant. Nette kamer met mooi schoon sanitair. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving voor een paar dagen er tussenuit.

De kamer was ruim. Fijn dat er aparte slaapkamers waren en een keukenblokje. De ruimtes waren allemaal erg stoffig en de kookplaat en badkamer waren niet schoon.
