"The hot water in the shower was non-existent, luke warm at best. Other than that, all good. The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. I understand the safety issues but a midnight in sub-zero weather who shows up except hotel guests?"

It appeared that the whole lobby and main building was under complete renovation so when I got there to check in my key was taped to the door with my name on it. Later time of check out was great and the key box made it easy to check out. Even though I stayed here in January, it was still nice and cozy."
