Even though this is a chain, I am told by the facility that is personally owned and that the owner can act outside of the regular customer service from IHG that we are used to. I recommend that customers DO NOT go to this site and support other IHG sites that offer customer service, stand by the product/ service you come to expect from a chain and that their sole purpose is not gouge the customer financially to make a quick buck!!!

We traveled across the country the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a dog and it was very easy. The breakfasts were nothing to write home about but they were ok. On par with everything else out there unless you jump up a couple of classes of hote

Wonderful stay!
Nice clean, well maintained hotel. Beds were so comfy! Big rooms, nice pool and hot tub area. Great amenities!

Clean and well maintained hotel
We enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn express. The staff was very friendly and had our room ready a little early. It was a clean and organized hotel. We checked out the pool and hot tub but neither was tempting enough to make us use those amenities. The hot tub looked a little yellow-ish. The actual room was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were okay - typical for a buffet - but very clean and well kept. Overall it was a good stay. Though the sofa bed was miserable - even for my daughter.

Great stay after a long drive
This holiday inn express exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean from the breakfast buffet, community restrooms by elevator and room we stayed in.

Our room was as beautiful as any in which I have stayed, including The Four Seasons and The Ritz Carleton. I first stated in Holiday Inns when the chain was newly conceived in the ‘50s. The staff was warm, responsive, and accommodating in every way. I would like to see microwavable safe cups. I did not know it was possible to make worse oatmeal.

Not Really Pet Friendly
We booked a pet friendly room but then we were charged a pet fee. Our dog had a minor accident that we cleaned up but then we were charged an exorbitant "extra cleaning fee" without any communication from the hotel via phone or email.

Pet friendly for any hotel means that a hotel accepts pets but there almost always is a pet charge ranging from 20 to 75 from what I have seen in my travels. As you used our towels to clean up the mess, we threw them out and charged you the extra cleaning fee.
