The first room I hit to move out of the ceiling was falling in the walls were crumbling the second room that I went to roaches crawling all over the walls all over the beds I've never seen anything like this in a hotel that I have stayed in for $100 never

Pool was most important for my decision on hotel, I chose hotel because we wanted a hotel with pool close to Carowinds. Pool was out of service, no mention on website. We were promised each day of stay it was going to be cleaned, stayed 3 days. Bathtub drain was clogged and requested repair three times. Positive about hotel was the breakfast buffet, fresh and tasted good. If a pool and clean bathtub was not important, then everything else was okay with hotel.
