Room wasn’t the cleanest, no ice on the second floor because it wasn’t plugged in, changed me 20 dollars more then the first night when I wanted to stay another night. Even though it was barely occupied. They are trying to make me pay for the room we had twice now. I caught it on my credit card and haven’t heard back yet from them.

You couldnt open the window to get fresh air there was still food in the fridge when we went to use it the ac barely worked. We will not be returning to this hotel AT ALL...

Staff was very friendly, however the room had a terrible smell and the shower had hair all down the side where the spout is. It was quite gross.

The grounds around the facility were dirty and muddy. No bushes or landscaping. They need vent fans in the bathrooms and an exterior door can not be latched. No one was at the desk when we came in and you use a phone on the wall to contact the desk clerk. It is their off season and they explained they are remodeling. The same staff work at the hotel next door.

needs some updating since we were there 2 years ag
it is really dark around this hotel at night. we had stayed here 2 years ago so we booked it again. the hallways on the first floor smelled bad and the door frames to all the doors needed repainting. the shower stall in our bathroom needed to be updated but the countertop looked new. the beds were comfortable and clean.

Just a short stay, but hotel is very nice. Staff was very friendly on check in. Lobby very well kept and very professional looking. Slept really well in the room after a long day. Normally I have a tough time sleeping in a hotel, but the beds were comfortable and the room as well. I fell straight a sleep. Will definitely be back here next year when we do the show in Kewanna next year.

This property is below the standard of even a Quality Inn. The only thing acceptable was the newer carpet and the bed slept fairly well. The bathroom ceiling had mold all over it, there was a bug on the floor in the room, and you could easily hear people in the hallway and in the next room. When checking in, the bed linens/laundry were in large tubs in the lobby area be attended by staff. I didn’t bother with the breakfast, but my husband said it was bad. The outside doors in the back didn’t appear to be locked. The outside property around the hotel was in the process of being cleaned up, but it was severely overgrown with weeds.

Housekeeping want me to fluff pillow.
Housekeeping tried to come in my room and my kids room 4 times before it was checkout time. They watched me walk into my room and opened the door to come in. It seemed like they were trying to rush us out.

This would be a great property to stay at if you like unclean rooms, all night parties, doing drugs in the parking lot and want to live on the edge with your safety. They tried to overcharge me beyond the Expedia price and were not helpful in finding resolution. Left one day early to go to a nicer spot.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years as we have family in the area. Everything about this property has declined. We were greeted by a front desk employee dressed in jean shorts and a tank top. Our room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the faucet in the tub was hanging out of the wall with, what I presume, mold all behind it in the wall. The ground fault receptacle in the bathroom was broken…the red switch was broken off. While the sheets appeared to be clean, the coverlet definitely was not. The employee who checked us out, again in jeans and a tank top, told us that the property had been sold and was supposed to be renovated. I definitely would not stay there again unless I verified that this had happened.

The property and room were so disgustingly dirty. Hipped paint everywhere, scuff marks on the walls, stains on the carpets, hair on the wall in the shower. Seeing some black specks on the sheet next to the pillow, I pulled the sheet down to look at the bed and saw a number of hairs on the bottom sheet under the blanket. I slept in the other bed. I didn’t complain because clearly that’s how they do business. When I picked up the phone to call the front desk about something the phone had a layer of gross dirt all over it. Not only could you see the dirt coving the entire phone but you could feel it. It wasn't (no cord at all) plugged in anyway so I moved the gross object to the lower shelf of the nightstand and went and washed my hands. And don’t even think of walking on the room carpet barefoot. It was a combination of crunchy and sweaty at the same time.

The property is extremely run down and dirty. Upon check-in we were given a king room and we immediately had to change rooms. As soon as we opened the door it smelled of smoke so bad. Then we were “upgraded” to a whirlpool king and I would not even shower in it. It was old/stained and filthy. The ceiling in the room clearly has damage that was “patched”. This room was very musty smelling but we were tired so I sprayed perfume to mask it. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and did have clean sheets. Also the outside doors have no security measures, you can walk right in without a room key, I did not like this either. It would not be a place I’d stay again.

The only problem was that, Expedia had us checking out a day earlier and then that night our room was rented out. At 11 pm we had a room guest. The hotel call me and told me to call Expedia and get it fixed. After and hour trying the hotel gave me a free night ,reason was able to fix it with Expedia

we checked in that to our room and there was a bug in the bed and we went to tell the front desk, and he gave us a king size bed when I registered for two double beds then he gave us a double bedroom the room smells funny, and when my friend tried to talk to him about some kind of discount or something to accommodate us, he got confrontational with her. Will never stay there again friendliness is not a thing in that hotel.

Everything was great, but the toilet was dirty. It had urine dirt hair and blood in several places. Clearly hadn’t been washed in weeks. There was also a half used bar soap, and that was the only soap in the room. The shower wall had a huge hole in the middle of it. Everything else was great.

The staff were very good. The rooms were pretty clean. The facility needs updated/ fixed up. Example, the handle on my toilet came out of the tank. It had come unscrewed from the inside. I actually fixed it myself, but that is just one example of the condition of the facility. The "free" breakfast is also very inadequate.

Room was dirty! Found previous customers' dirty clothes in the room. Not just an odd sock. Bed skirt had stains. Pillow had multiple stains under the pillowcase. Recently painted, painter missed areas and was sloppy in their paint application.

Very dirty and a horrible job rehabbing the place. Terrible workmanship. It smelled unclean walking in and proved to be unclean upon entry to the room. If i had another choice i wouldve left for another place.
