"Fantastic place for a family vacation in the snow. It’s so good to be able to ski in and out. The dinner was absolutely delicious. So was the breakfast. The rooms are big bathroom is clean and brand new nice towels nice sheets.
Only down is the firmness of the mattresses and the pillows that we found very hard
Other than that, we highly recommend especially it’s a very good price as well"

"A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff that tried to help, but unfortunately we had a rather unpleasant stay because the air conditioning is not working. We had more than 30 degrees in the night which made it impossible to sleep for the whole family for three nights. They moved us to another room which didn’t work either, the same happened to other guests, and it was a known issue for the staff. Again: the staff was very friendly, did everything they could, but apparently the owner isn’t...

"Absolutely lovely hotel in a stunningly restored Renaissance palazzo. We booked for one night and ended up staying three nights. Spotless clean, excellent service, and tasteful rooms in a scenic little town with few tourists. Ideal for day trips to Asti, Alba, Fossano, Cuneo, and other culturally relevant sites in the Piemonte. We fell in love with Mondovi, its excellent restaurants, and the calm genius loci. Barbara and Massimo, the owners, gave us a tour of the palazzo and the neighborhood....
