「We had a very good stay. We reserved a room for persons with disabilities, it was rather tight although very clean and suitable to our needs. However, we strongly suggest adding a curtain/barrier to the shower, a water spill in the bathroom poses a slippery/accident risk for people in a wheelchair and their helpers. If you bring a car be aware that parking could be difficult, we were fortunate to find a spot reserved for hotel guests across the street. Breakfast was good and being close to local...

「La foto del loro profilo trae in inganno. Si riferisce ad uno stabilimento balneare con il quale l'hotel ha una convenzione e che distano tra loro circa 300 metri. l'hotel vero e proprio si trova in campagna alla periferia di Catanzaro lido. La struttura è datata, le camere pulite. Personale della reception estremamente cortese ed efficiente.」

「Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.」

「En este viaje de 11 días por el sur de Italia nos hemos alojado en 4 hoteles diferentes, Palazzo Foti ha sido el menos agradable, el de habitación más incómoda (calurosa y pequeña) y el más caro. Eso si, el personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento, el desayuno correcto y la ubicación muy buena.」

「Gorgeous sea/beach view. Perfect to see sunrise & moon rise. We loved the patio. Room is very spacious. Furniture are outdated but the patio/view made us not care. Breakfast was good. Staff are very friendly. Door / door knobs are very old and makes creaking noise. Refrigerator was old and not working. Very convenient location to restaurants and shops. (Even grocery store) All walking distance. Beach is private and hardly anyone on the beach. (Off season also) Overall it was great! 」

「La persona che ci ha accolti era veramente molto gentile garbata e alla mano. Nonostante fossimo arrivati molto prima dell'orario del check-in,ci ha comunque accolti ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. La camera era pulita e organizzata. Consiglio veramente questa struttura 」

「A internet não funciona. O café da manhã é somente itens de pacote e só coisas doces. Não tinha uma manteiga. Nenhuma fruta ou ovos, queijos …. Coisa salgada nada. Pessimo café da manhã. 」
