Great potential; fantastic dinner!

Excellent food at dinner - so good we almost stayed one more night. Great staff. The place is a little dated and it appears the corporate owners are minimizing their investment. Pool and hot tubs are always crowded, so the 27 euro for the spa (sauna/steam room/aromatic shower/ice) kept it from being crowded. That said, it should be mentioned in the hotels.com fine print or description of the property (we were forewarned by other reviews). Wi-fi didn't work (even in the lobby) and it seemed like the staff was well rehearsed at weak excuses about what was probably another cost cutting measure. Skiing at Marmolada is marginal - windy and in the shade - good for on-piste skiers, but the wind destroys the lift-accessible off-piste pretty quickly and it hadn't snowed for a few days when we were there. Checked the block - probably wouldn't make another trip just for Marmolada - but great views from the highest point in the Dolomites.

Abbiamo prenotato per 5 , famiglia numerosa ,per le festività natalizie , sottolineando al momento della prenotazione che un membro della famiglia era vegano . Loro rassicurandoci hanno detto che non c’era nessun problema....Arrivati al24 pomeriggio la stanza grandissima è molto accogliente molto caldo e bellissimo ambiente poi però arriviamo alla cena ....buffet ricco i piatti serviti non male peccato che per i vegani niente abbiamo chiesto alle cameriere che sono andate dal cuoco e al loro ritorno ci sentiamo chiedere se avessimo un’idea da dare per preparare!!!!!!!!!E tu mi chiedi durante la cena cosa puoi preparare ???????? Alla fine riso bianco scondito verdure bollite buttate a casaccio sul piatto BELLA CENA DI NATALE e ho pagato come gli altri e così tutto il soggiorno a colazione nemmeno una bevanda vegetale .......In più al mattino abbiamo scoperto che le piste per principianti vicino all’albergo erano state chiuse senza che la valtur ci avesse avvertito abbiamo dovuto prendere l’autobus per andare sulle piste ,a nostre spese, a 10km da noi sicuramente l’avessimo saputo non avremmo prenotato li ,quindi penso non ci torneremo e tanto meno lo consiglieremo a qualcuno !!!!!

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem merkt man dass rundum immer wieder saniert und verschöndert worden ist, Zimmer waren ganz ok , Personal sehr nett, der angebotene Fitnessbereich war nicht vorhanden.
