"A listed building providing facilities for functions. Some bedrooms are in the original building with old beams etc. Other bedrooms are located in adjoining annexe building. No reception as mentioned on the web site just people who were working at the property doing building repairs. Web site suggests onsite free parking, but only on street parking. "We stayed at the Red Lion for a few days as we were meeting family. The accommodation is situated at the back of the pub and is bright and clean. You can access it by walking through the pub or walking round the back. There is plenty of parking but it can get busy when the pub is open! It’s situation means you have easy access to get to many places by road very quickly. The staff who work there are fantastic and very helpful. "There was a problem when checking in that could have been resolved if front desk would just give a call to Expedia but instead the man responded in a rude manner, with no intention to help us whatsoever. It was only one person but it ruined the experience. "
