"I called the day before our check-in date and ask if we could get an early check-in because we would be driving all night and going to a funeral in the morning of our check-in day and needed to get changed. The gentleman I spoke to said sure no problem, he would take care of it and when we arrive the desk clerk said she couldn’t do it and he had no authority to tell you that finally after 15 minutes of pleading with her, she let us get in a room to change so we could go to the funeral."
