"Apparently the entire place was under construction with hammering and drilling in the room above my room at 7-8am. Called to make complaint to lobby, no phone in the room. Staff was not helpful with the construction issue, said there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t allow me to do a late checkout. Constant knocking on my hotel door between 9-11am to see if I was checked out yet. Checkout is at 11, in my opinion they should have left me alone after the first knock at 9am until checkout time frame at 11am but no… 3 different people total came knocking at my door between 9-11am plus the construction noise that started between 7am-8am. Bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Terrible place to try and get proper rest."

"The hotel had a very odd smell to it when you first walked in. It wasn’t super alarming just odd. Once we got into our room this horrible stench was stuck to all the furniture. We had to open a window just to breathe comfortably. My husband and I came to the hotel very late at night from travel so just decided to sleep and leave first thing in the morning. I could barely stay asleep the smell was so awful even with all the windows open. The smell stuck to all our luggage, clothing, and body we took quick showers and left immediately. Won’t NOT recommend."

"The room smelled moldy and when I lifted up the curtain by the ac, I saw mold growth . When the couch is folded out as a bed, it touches the existing room bed and is hard to navigate around. My shower cut out this morning for no reason and then restarted as a trickle. The breakfast area is crowded and when at capacity does not have enough seating. Other than that, the beds and bathroom were clean and comfy."
