Good hotel

Big room. Great location. Not so good breakfast. Thin walls and needed earplugs. I could smell cigarette in my room, maybe my neighbor was smoking.

Nice breakfast. Reception staff are kind. The region is good, most hotels are very expensive and this one looks affordable. The bathroom is a bit small and needs renovation. The hotel is at the center of the city, which is very good. They take 300 SAR deposit even if you paid the fee before you come to the hotel, however, it is returned back after you check out. The hotel was not crowded, we did not see many people, I think this is good.

The gym is too basic. 2 out of the 3 cardio machine did not work. More weight equipment needed and there was only one Mat. Cleaners need to do a better job cleaning the shower for new arrivals. Breakfast was decent. Chef did a good job. Cleaners was polite and friendly. Front desk needs to be friendlier.

The location of the hotel was excellent, however when it come to how clean it is, it was not. Old, AC has one setting only, bathroom water sometime smells, bathroom door doesn’t close. Overall, the hotel need renovation and maintenance. The reception service was great For parking, very hard parking unsafe very deep and steep parking ( I parked the first day then I start parking outside)

Stanza grande e confortevole, non viene eseguito il servizio di pulizia in camera se non espressamente richiesto, nonostante la sala colazione sia ben strutturata, il cibo al self service è molto scarso, su richiesta viene servito, ma si deve avere tempo di aspettare WiFi in camera molto lento

Maintenance

The hotel has many problem with maintenance and the staff is not helpful ichange my room two times first cos of fire smell and second cos of bathtub is not draining and maintenance came at midnight after i slept .
