Despite the apartment appearing relatively newly renovated, cleanliness was completely neglected. Floors had never been mopped, the disposable slippers were black from the first day. Kitchen cupboards were dirty and smelled bad. We cleaned the kitchen counter and had to wipe it three times because the paper towels kept coming up with grime.

"The property wasn't very clean. Also there was no microwave in the apartment, so this was higly inconvenient. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom floor at night. The carpets and furnishings are badly needing updated. Also there was only one decent helpful receptionist. He was very good and friendly. The night receptionist was unhelpful, rude and unapproachable. If I had any problems, I wouldn't want to go to him for any assistance. He didn't even greet us when we entered the building...
